以间(jian)(jian)硝基(ji)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)甲醛(quan)(quan)(quan)为原(yuan)(yuan)料,可有两种制取间(jian)(jian)羟基(ji)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)甲醛(quan)(quan)(quan)的方(fang)法。1.由(you)间(jian)(jian)硝基(ji)甲醛(quan)(quan)(quan)经(jing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)、还(hai)原(yuan)(yuan)、重(zhong)氮(dan)化、水(shui)(shui)解而得(de)。将亚(ya)硫酸(suan)氢钠溶(rong)解于(yu)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)间(jian)(jian)硝基(ji)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)甲醛(quan)(quan)(quan),于(yu)50℃搅(jiao)拌溶(rong)解,得(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)物(wu)。加(jia)(jia)(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)物(wu)在(zai)(zai)碳酸(suan)钙存在(zai)(zai),与硫酸(suan)亚(ya)铁(tie)加(jia)(jia)(jia)热回流3h,还(hai)原(yuan)(yuan)为氨基(ji)物(wu)。将还(hai)原(yuan)(yuan)液冷至(zhi)15℃以下(xia),滴加(jia)(jia)(jia)亚(ya)硝酸(suan)钠溶(rong)液重(zhong)氮(dan)化,再于(yu)100-110℃水(shui)(shui)解,即得(de)间(jian)(jian)羟基(ji)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)甲醛(quan)(quan)(quan)。经(jing)活性炭脱色(se)、用(yong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)结(jie)晶,即得(de)成(cheng)(cheng)品。2.由(you)间(jian)(jian)硝基(ji)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)甲醛(quan)(quan)(quan)经(jing)氯化亚(ya)锡还(hai)原(yuan)(yuan),再经(jing)重(zhong)氮(dan)化、水(shui)(shui)解而得(de)。将粉末状二水(shui)(shui)合氯化亚(ya)锡与盐酸(suan)配成(cheng)(cheng)溶(rong)液,冷至(zhi)5℃,加(jia)(jia)(jia)入间(jian)(jian)硝基(ji)苯(ben)(ben)(ben)甲醛(quan)(quan)(quan)。慢慢升温至(zhi)25-30℃后(hou),温度迅速(su)上升,当升到100℃时,冷却,剧烈搅(jiao)拌,得(de)橙色(se)糊状物(wu)。加(jia)(jia)(jia)浓(nong)盐酸(suan)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)悬浮液,搅(jiao)拌下(xia)慢慢加(jia)(jia)(jia)入亚(ya)硝酸(suan)钠水(shui)(shui)溶(rong)液,温度控(kong)制在(zai)(zai)4-5℃。加(jia)(jia)(jia)完后(hou),搅(jiao)拌1h。冷却结(jie)晶,滤(lv)出重(zhong)氮(dan)盐,加(jia)(jia)(jia)到沸水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)解,并用(yong)活性炭脱色(se)。趁热过滤(lv),冷却结(jie)晶得(de)到成(cheng)(cheng)品。
