甲(jia)基丙(bing)烯酸甲(jia)酯生(sheng)产方式:
1.丙(bing)(bing)酮氰(qing)醇(chun)(chun)路线(xian)丙(bing)(bing)酮氰(qing)醇(chun)(chun)与(yu)硫酸(suan)反应(ying)生成甲(jia)(jia)基丙(bing)(bing)烯酰胺硫酸(suan)盐,经(jing)水解后再与(yu)甲(jia)(jia)醇(chun)(chun)酯化得(de)甲(jia)(jia)基丙(bing)(bing)烯酸(suan)甲(jia)(jia)酯粗(cu)制(zhi)品,然后经(jing)盐析、粗(cu)馏(liu)、精(jing)馏(liu)得(de)成品。通常(chang)丙(bing)(bing)酮氰(qing)醇(chun)(chun)由氰(qing)化钠(na)制(zhi)得(de)。原料消(xiao)耗定额:甲(jia)(jia)酮氰(qing)醇(chun)(chun)1100kg/t、硫酸(suan)2100kg/t、甲(jia)(jia)醇(chun)(chun)490kg/t。
2.异丁(ding)(ding)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)路线异丁(ding)(ding)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)在钼催化(hua)剂(ji)存在下用(yong)空(kong)气两段氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)。异丁(ding)(ding)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)先氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)成(cheng)甲(jia)基(ji)丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)醛(quan),再进一步氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)成(cheng)甲(jia)基(ji)丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)酸。甲(jia)基(ji)丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)酸与甲(jia)醇酯(zhi)化(hua)得甲(jia)基(ji)丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)酸甲(jia)酯(zhi)。最(zui)近,又(you)开(kai)发出一步氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)法工艺。异丁(ding)(ding)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)以N2O4为氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)剂(ji),K2CO3或MnO2为催化(hua)剂(ji),直接氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)生(sheng)成(cheng)甲(jia)基(ji)丙(bing)(bing)(bing)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)酸。然(ran)后再用(yong)甲(jia)醇酯(zhi)化(hua)。
3.丙烯(xi)路线丙烯(xi)、一氧化(hua)(hua)碳与甲(jia)(jia)醇(chun)进行羰(tang)化(hua)(hua)反(fan)应生成2-甲(jia)(jia)氧基异丁酸甲(jia)(jia)酯,然(ran)后通过水解反(fan)应分解成甲(jia)(jia)基丙烯(xi)酸甲(jia)(jia)酯和甲(jia)(jia)醇(chun)。
4.异丁醛一步(bu)氧(yang)化法以杂(za)多(duo)酸(suan)及其(qi)盐类为催化剂,由异丁醛一步(bu)氧(yang)化生成(cheng)甲(jia)基(ji)(ji)丙烯酸(suan),甲(jia)基(ji)(ji)丙烯酸(suan)再与甲(jia)醇酯化成(cheng)甲(jia)基(ji)(ji)丙烯酸(suan)甲(jia)酯。
